Vacation and Seasonal Homes

Vacation homes come in all sorts, from luxury properties on a lake or golf course, to more humble cabins with that beloved squeaky screen door. Whether it’s just been purchased, or has been in the family for generations, just by being a part-time home it may not be eligible for the robust protection of the HO-3 you typically quote from your lead carrier. Or, there could be a liability concern such as a pool or an older out-building on the property that makes it hard to place.
